Why We Built SimpleHire

After years of success in agency recruiting, collectively placing over 200 full-time, direct-hire candidates at the standard 20% rate, we had a realization that changed everything.

Small businesses, the engine of our economy, face the exact same hiring challenges as our agency clients. The difference? They face them alone. Too small for recruiting firms.
