Everything small business owners ask us most. No jargon, no fluff.
Traditional recruiting agencies charge 15 to 25% of a candidate's salary, typically $8,000 to $25,000 per hire, and only get paid when you make a hire. That model incentivizes agencies to push placements whether they are the right fit or not. SimpleHire charges a flat fee starting at $249 and gets paid for the work itself: filtering applicants, screening candidates, and coordinating the process. You pay for expert support, not placement outcomes.
Yes. SimpleHire charges a flat fee for the work we do. We are not a contingency recruiter. You pay for the process and expertise, not the placement outcome. This is how we keep costs dramatically lower than traditional agencies and stay focused on quality rather than just closing a placement. That said, recruiting is a partnership. We have a strong success rate and with proper communication, our Tier 3 service is designed to result in a successful hire.
Most clients receive their candidate shortlist within 3 to 5 business days of completing intake. Tier 1 delivery is often faster. Tier 3 takes slightly longer due to scheduling and offer management. Timeline also depends on applicant volume for your specific role and market.
If any candidate does not meet your stated must-haves, we replace them at no charge. If your overall shortlist does not feel strong enough, we top it up at no extra cost. You liked 7 of 10, we send 3 more. See our Guarantee page for full details.
Yes. SimpleHire works on any role that generates strong inbound applicant volume. Front desk, customer service, warehouse, dispatch, leasing, medical assistant and similar roles are exactly what we were built for. We are also happy to help with mid and senior level roles where candidates are actively applying. Where we are transparent: our model is not built for hard to find or passive candidate roles that require sourcing and headhunting. If your role needs that, we will tell you upfront and point you in the right direction.
Great question. Our core model is built around roles with strong inbound applicant volume. For specialized or hard to find roles that require a higher touch approach, we have resources to support that as well. Reach out and we can discuss the best path forward for your specific role.
SimpleHire works with any small or mid-sized business hiring for roles that attract high applicant volume. Common industries include medical and dental offices, home services and trades, property management, auto dealerships, insurance agencies, warehousing and logistics, call centers, and restaurants. If you are a small business owner posting roles that generate strong applicant interest, we were built for you.
Yes. That is exactly the problem SimpleHire was built to solve. If you have an existing posting with applicants already coming in, we can step in, review every applicant against your criteria, and deliver a clean shortlist. You do not need to start from scratch. Just reach out and we will take it from there.
Yes. Every candidate we send is yours to keep with no strings attached. You can hire them now, reach back out in 3 months, or use them for a different role. Unlike traditional agencies, we do not retain candidate ownership or charge additional fees if you hire someone we introduced at a later date.
Yes. SimpleHire is designed to be modular. Start at Tier 1 for $249, and if you want candidates screened, upgrade to Tier 2 by paying the difference of $250 (total $499). Upgrade to Tier 3 by paying the additional $400 (total $899). You only ever pay the difference between tiers.
Every screened candidate comes with a structured assessment including: communication quality, relevant experience, reason for being on the market, must-haves confirmed, interview availability, compensation expectations, any red flags or concerns, and an overall recommendation from our recruiting team. Not just a resume. Real intel to help you make a confident decision.
Posting on Indeed is a tool. SimpleHire is the expertise and support behind it. When you post alone, you absorb everything that comes after: sorting through unqualified applicants, chasing candidates who don't respond, coordinating interviews for people who ghost you, sitting through conversations with the wrong fits, and navigating offers that fall apart at the last minute. That is time, frustration, and distraction taken directly away from your business. SimpleHire brings the knowledge and experience to minimize every one of those pitfalls and absorb them entirely on your behalf. You focus on running your business. We handle the hiring chaos.
